RETURN YOUR PURCHASES IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY:

If, upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with one or more of the items, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to inform us of your wish to return them.

This communication must be made in advance by email, to info@bagleyslane.com, and include your data, the order data, and the item(s) you wish to return.

When you are going to return an item, please always do so providing the corresponding proof of purchase. Please be careful with the merchandise while it is in your possession and, when shipping, pack it with the utmost care to avoid any damage or loss during transportation.

Once you inform us of your desire to make the return and receive our email in agreement, you have two options:

If you prefer to return any product through our own transport agency (taking charge of shipping), let us know to send the collection order.

Requirements and Validation Process

In any case, the return will only be accepted of items that have not been used, that retain their original packaging and that are in perfect condition. If any of these conditions are not met, BAGLEY'S LANE will not accept the return.

Once the items are received in warehouse, and their correct condition is checked, the amount will be paid in the payment method of the original order (if it is a transfer, we will need you to provide us with an IBAN account number to carry it out), discounting the expenses that correspond in your case.

Please be sure to protect the products properly, including the original packaging, to prevent damage in transit. You are responsible for any damage or loss to the items until we have received them.

Spontaneous returns will not be accepted without prior communication.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, it will not be possible to return bed linen or towels once the seal has been opened.

Returns of fabric cuts less than 5 meters will not be accepted, unless it is confirmed that it is our error.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to Furniture, Upholstery, Mirrors, Mattresses, or those products made to measure, in accordance with customer specifications or clearly personalized. Please note that at https://bagleyslane.com/ these items are personalized, and are made expressly for the customer. These items cannot be returned once received unless confirmed to be defective by a Bagley's Lane representative.

If you want to modify or cancel an order for Furniture, Upholstery, Mirrors, Mattresses, or those Custom Made products, proceed to do so within 48 hours of placing the order, contacting us immediately, and sending an email to info@bagleyslane.com

If the modification or cancellation of your order exceeds the period of 48 hours indicated above, we reserve the right to charge you the extra costs incurred for processing it. These expenses represent 25% of the total of the article.

Returns and right of withdrawal in General Conditions of Sale:

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, the client has the right to withdraw from his order during a period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring expenses (except for the exceptions contemplated in this same law).

“The Client is recognized the right to withdraw from the order, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Outside of this period, revocations of orders will not be accepted, nor will requests for the supply of goods made in accordance with the Client's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly. etc that have been unsealed and/or used by the Client. The Client must communicate their withdrawal to THE ENTITY through the Withdrawal Form (Link to the Document) by email, postal mail or fax, within that period of 14 days. The cost of shipping returns will be borne by the Customer. The products must be in the same condition in which you received them, with the original packaging and cannot have been used. The refund will be made in the same payment method that was used by the Client.”

To exercise your right of withdrawaliment, the customer must send an email to orders@bagleyslane.com indicating their decision to withdraw from the order. This communication must always be sent within the period indicated in the previous paragraph. The items subject to withdrawal must be returned in perfect condition, always unused, in their original packaging and provided with all their accessories, in valid conditions for subsequent sale. Returns of fully or partially assembled items will not be accepted. The refund will be made within a period of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request and may be withheld by Bagley's Lane until the goods have been received or until the customer has presented proof of the return of said goods. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. No spontaneous returns will be accepted without the agreement of bagleyslane.com.
