Delivery of bulky items (furniture)
To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for furniture and large items, we offer two delivery options. The available option for your address will be shown at checkout.
1. Home delivery with assembly
(Available in Spain and Portugal)
Enjoy a complete and convenient service:
- Delivery inside your home
- Placement in the room of your choice
- Assembly of the item (if required)
- Removal of packaging (depending on provider)
How does it work?
Once your furniture has arrived at our specialised delivery partner, they will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window.
Important:
Before placing your order, please ensure that the item can be delivered into your property (doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, etc.).
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, any resulting transport or handling costs may be charged.
2. Delivery to building entrance (kerbside)
(Available for all destinations)
A more economical option for standard deliveries:
- Delivery to the building entrance only (no access inside the property)
- The item will be delivered palletised or securely packaged
- The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside, unpacking and assembly
This is the only delivery option available for destinations outside Spain and Portugal.
